“I love my work and enjoy the experience of learning.”  Over the years David has learned several specialized massage therapies offered through Kauai Massage and Intuitive Services. 

Chi Nei Tsang is a powerful therapy that touches the emotional and mental bodies as well as physical. An internal organ massage, Chi Nei Tsang was developed in ancient China and was introduced into this country by Mantak Chia.  This massage is used to restore digestion and elimination and is excellent for clearing emotional blocks that are often held within the internal organs. 

Craniosacral Therapy David O’Quinn uses a shamanistic approach which switches on the body’s memory for correct alignment. The method is as much energy work as it is subtle manipulation. You may also experience a restored sense of natural rhythm and greater inner peace. 

Structural Integration is for chronic pain in the low-back (ie. sciatica), neck and shoulder (ie rotator cuff injury).  Benefits of this massage can include structural realignment, profound body awareness and emotional centering.   Results may be experienced after one session, however, multiple sessions are recommended.

Service Through Touch is a skilled and presence centered massage for the frail, elderly and those in the final journey of life.  The intent of this work is not to heal – it is to nurture, to reassure, to comfort and more importantly to honor the person’s personal journey.

What You Can Expect “I have been a professional for many years and my intention is to create the session you are looking for based on my experience and intuitive awareness. I will always take time at the beginning (not part of your table time) to find out, for example, what you want to experience, where you may be experiencing pain or tension and depth of pressure.  During your session I welcome feedback especially if I am doing something in your session that is not working for you.  I am intuitive and human so I am not infallible.”

The massage space is a comfortable, clean room in David’s home.  A

bathroom is adjacent to the massage room.  The massage table is made by Oakworks, framed in wood with extra padding for your comfort.  For outcalls an aluminum Astrolite table is used.  A top quality Biotone lotion and oil, which are both non-allergic and water soluble, are used to avoid staining sheets or clothing.     Soft flannel or jersey sheets are used.  A top sheet is optional and your choice.  Your safety, comfort and peace of mind are a priority.   A large library of music is available to create the proper ambiance.  Crystals, stones, a crystal  singing bowl and incense helps keep the energy clear in the room.

Unless you specify a specific modality for massage, David’s style is slow and deep allowing the tissue to surrender knots and tension.  You will always receive the full time you request for your session.  As a professional what you share or experience in the massage space stays their.  “I look forward to working with you.”
